About Baldwin-Wallace College

Baldwin-Wallace College is a liberal arts college in Berea, which is a city in Cuyahoga County, in the US state of Ohio, and a western suburb of Cleveland, with a population estimated at a number of nearly 19 000 inhabitants, during the 2000 census.

The college was established in 1845 and it is affiliated with the United Methodist Church. It offers its students more than 50 academic majors, including nine in the internationally respected Conservatory of Music, as well as undergraduate evening and weekend programs and graduate programs in business and education.

Athletics

Baldwin-Wallace's athletic teams are known as the Yellow Jackets and they compete in NCAA's Division III and the Ohio Athletic Conference. Their distinctive colors are brown and gold and their mascot is Stinger the Yellow Jacket.
